  • Training Programs: You may cancel your enrollment in a training program within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that you have not accessed any course materials or attended any sessions. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your enrollment to another participant or defer your participation to a future session.
